Ministries
Sunday School at 9:15 AM
Sunday Growth Groups provide an opportunity for the adult believer to be involved in a small group fellowship where the Bible’s life changing message is taught, caring relationships are built, and ministry is accomplished. Because personal growth is so important, it is foundational to everything we do. Fellowshipping, worshipping, sharing, caring, and serving are such crucial elements for growth to take place in a person’s life. Those who are involved in each area are much more likely to grow than those involved in only one.
Morning Worship at 10:30 AM
The largest worship service of the week takes place every Sunday morning where we come together for a dynamic time of worship. Senior Pastor Marc Mortensen brings practical Biblical messages which challenge us to grow in our own spiritual lives as well as to share the message of Jesus Christ with others. Spanish translation is available for those who need it.
Evening Worship at 6:00 PM
Evening services will take place on the second and fourth Sundays of the month. This is another time designed for the church family to come together and to be encouraged to grow in their faith.
Nursery / Preschool
The Preschool Ministry is designed for children from birth up to pre-kindergarten. Care is provided during all regularly scheduled service times. Because children matter to God, the ministry and security of these little ones is of the highest priority. All volunteers are screened, fingerprinted, and are trained to care for the needs of preschoolers. Children in the 2- and 3-year-old department are guided through a scope and sequence of biblical preschool curriculum each week.
Sunday School
Children meet for Bible study on Sunday mornings for a time to discover truth and find direction in their daily lives through Bible lessons. Children are encouraged to grow in their relationship with Jesus and others and to expand their knowledge of the Bible.
AWANA
AWANA is our Wednesday night program for kids during the school year. The AWANA program helps children read and study the Bible. The acronym AWANA stands for Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed and is taken from II Timothy 2:15.
Vacation Bible School
During the summertime on Wednesday night we run a VBS for children in preschool through 5th grade. Each year kids enjoy Bible lessons, crafts, games, and snacks based on a unique theme.
Sunday School
Students and leaders meet at 9:15 AM on Sunday mornings for a time to discover truth and find direction in their daily life through Bible study. Every teen is encouraged to complete devotions in their daily journals throughout their week and to come together on Sunday to discuss what they have studied.
Wednesday Night Youth Group
We meet on Wednesday nights at 7:00 PM for a time of praise and worship, a relevant message, and a time for students to build loving and authentic relationships with people in our church.
Youth Activities
Students are encouraged to take part in various other activities offered throughout the year. Contact us for details on specific events or with other questions regarding the youth ministry.
Student Leadership
Service is a key part of our youth group. We provide opportunities for students to discover their gifts and abilities and use them to serve others both inside and outside the church.

God's Plan of Salvation
What We Already Know
We are all sinners. We have all done wrong. Romans 3:10 says, “As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one:”
God is Holy. The Bible says God is a Holy, Righteous God. 1 Peter 1:16. “Be ye holy, for I am holy.”
One day we will stand before that righteous God to be judged. Hebrews 9:27. “And it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:”
The Good News
Jesus Christ is God in human flesh. In Revelation 1:8, Jesus said, “I am the Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.”
Here, Jesus claimed to be the God-man. Jesus came to this earth to die in your place and pay for your sins. He did that 2,000 years ago when He suffered on the cross and died in your place. Romans 5:8 “But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.”
Three days later, Jesus rose from the dead and was seen by over 500 eye witnesses at one time. 1 Corinthians 15:1-6, “Moreover brethren, I declare unto you the gospel… how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures… After that, he was seen above five hundred brethren at once."
He then went back to Heaven where He reigns as the one true God. He is waiting for you to call upon Him.
There Is Only One Thing You Must Do
You must call upon Jesus, admitting you are a sinner and ask Him to give you eternal life. Romans 10:9,10,13 says, “That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shall believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord, shall be saved.”
You Can Pray This Simple Prayer To The Lord
"Dear God, I am a sinner and need forgiveness. I believe that Jesus Christ shed His precious blood and died for my sin. I believe that you rose from the dead, proving that you are God. Right now, in the best way I know how, I ask you to come into my heart and to be my personal Savior. Thank you Jesus for dying on the cross for me and forgiving me of my sins. Help me now to live for you. In Jesus' name, Amen”
If you just called upon Jesus by praying this prayer, you have become a child of God and you are on your way to Heaven. God’s family meets together for a family get-together every Sunday in local churches around the world. We would like to invite you to our church, right here in Miami, Florida.
Statement of Faith
We believe in the verbal inspiration of the 66 books of the Bible in its original writing and that it is without error and is the sole authority in all matters of faith and practice. We further believe that the Bible reveals God, the fall of man, the way of salvation and God’s plan and purpose in the ages.
We believe there is One and only one true and living God, existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. These three are co-eternal and co-equal from all eternity, each with distinct personalities but with one nature.
We believe in the Deity and virgin birth of Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is the Son of God, coexistent with the Father and Holy Spirit. He came to the world, born of a virgin, suffered, died, was buried and rose again bodily and ascended to the right hand of the Father.
We believe in the Person and work of the Holy Spirit, which includes conviction of sin, regeneration of sinners and indwelling of the believer.
We believe that salvation is “by grace,” plus nothing and minus nothing. The conditions to salvation are repentance and faith. We further believe that a soul is saved when Christ is accepted as personal Savior and Lord and the Holy Spirit imparts eternal life.
We believe in the eternal security of the believer as well as the perseverance of the saints and that it is the plan of God for each believer to walk after the Spirit and not fulfill the lusts of the flesh.
We believe in the immersion of the believer in water to signify His death, burial and resurrection and the believer’s identification with Him. We do not believe that baptism saves. Baptism is an outward expression of an inward change. The Lord’s Supper constitutes the other of the only two ordinances of the church.
We believe that a New Testament Church is a local group of baptized believers, united for His purpose and knowledge and spread of the Word of God, including worldwide missions. We believe it to be completely independent with no other person, group or body having any authority, right of intervention or control whatsoever over or within a local church.
We believe in the visible, personal and premillennial return of Jesus Christ, the bodily resurrection of the righteous dead at His coming. We further believe in the everlasting conscious blessedness of the saved and the everlasting conscious punishment of the lost.
It’s happening all around the world to people of all ages, old people, young people, children and even infants. People are dying. People are dying without knowing what their eternal destiny will be. That’s right, and one day death will come knocking at your door. The question is, where will you spend eternity? The answer is up to you. You can know you’re going to heaven when you die.
The Bible, God’s Word, declares in 1 John 5:13, “These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.”
